Welcome to the Prehoos Legal Center
Prehoos is a premium hospitality operations software platform owned and operated by ENTERACT LLC. This Legal Center provides the main legal, privacy, security, billing, and trust documents that govern access to and use of Prehoos websites, applications, modules, services, APIs, documentation, support, and related features.
Legal documents
Prehoos may provide payment-related workflows such as folio records, POS-related records, invoices, receipts, payment status, payment links, payment references, refunds, and reconciliation tools. Unless expressly stated in a signed agreement, Company is not a bank, card issuer, acquiring bank, payment processor, money transmitter, escrow provider, or financial institution.
